Fully Fenced and Gated!  complete privacy!  let those puppies be free!  sunny's sweet spot is 20x40!  4 people max!  quiet time is 10pm.  there is a bbq, a table bench, and of course tiki bob.  the blue and white mat will be left out for you to use.  we will have bbq utensils to use as well.  we charge $50/night plus taxes and resort fee.

when you pull up just unlatch the gate and turn the wheel locks off!  back in, close the gate behind you, close the latch, and lock the wheels!

30 amp electrical outlet.  Just plug in after your backed in and parked.  we have the cord all ready for you.  the cord will be on your side of the fence ready for you to hook up to power.  Just email or text us, we will be happy to help!

Pet friendly
3 dogs max!  You can do any combination of dogs: 2 large 1 small,3 medium, 3 small, or 2 large dogs only!  we have a garbage for dog waste and cig butts!
